Yeah this is pretty ridiculous. You do realize you'd have to drive something like 150 hours in order to get a $200 reward? That assumes a minimum of three deliveries per hour. It also assumes that you don't have frequent slow periods where it makes zero sense to driver at all (especially if this is one of your jobs like it is me and there is other work to be done). I've tried driving a full 10 hours. You know what happens? You sit in your car a lot during the slow periods and can't get anything else acomplished. I make more if I just drive peak hours then I do driving an entire day. Which renders your challenge incredibly difficult.
This isn't a carrot to get us to drive more. There are many hurdles to make this virtually impossible for most Drivers. If you are going to improve things for us, you should consider improving things for all of us. For example, don't allow people to not tip us at all. Make a 5% or 10% tip the absolute required minimum. Because driving 20 minutes round trip for $3 is a complete waste of my time.
I can tell you from a social scientist perspective there are dozens of things you could do to make it better, but creating unatainable bonuses for people is not one of them.
